Hi. For Some Reason I Get Itchy Out Of Nowhere

Hi. For some reason I get itchy out of nowhere on my face and It mainly affects my cheek area and I start scratching and rubbing and face gets red. After I scratch, little raised bumps almost like bites from a mosquito start to form. I'm not sure If If allergic to the dust in the air, but should I be concerned?
