Hi. For The Last 2 Days I Have Been Experiencing

Hi. For the last 2 days I have been experiencing a buzzing feeling in my right groin area, which happens randomly through out the day. It is not painful but annoying. I have never experienced this before. I have also experienced some numbness in my right thigh when sleeping. What could this be?
