Hi For The Last Four Days My Clitorus Has Been

For the last four days my clitorus has been extremely painful to the point where i wince if anything touches the area or if i sit wrong, even when my underwear rubs like a tiny but. I have noticed alot of white lumpy discharge which i have come to belive is smegma however its not little bits but lots. I also find it difficult to pee as the sting is sometimes too much for me to handle. The clit and surrounding area is red and swollen and one place looks a little bruised. there is also a small cut on the lip and i was wondering if u could help me figure out what this is and how to stop the pain
