Hi. For The Last Four Or So Months, I Have

Hi. For the last four or so months, I have had twitches in my entire face. Also my cheeks feel like they get tight/draw up. Pressure in my head also. What could this be? I have been to a primary physician who honestly does not know what this could be. Please help!
