Hi, For The Past Couple Of Days I Have Been

Hi, For the past couple of days I have been having a pain on the left side of my chest just below my nipple. Yesterday I could feel the pain in my back immediately opposite the pan in the front on my left side described above. What is happening? I have had a feeling like my food or what ever is right at the top of my throat.
