Hi, From Past 2-3 Times My Period Bleeding Is Really

Hi,
From past 2-3 times my period bleeding is really light but period is always on time, I had some acne and hair fall issue.

I got usg done and the report says "multiple small follicles are seen in both ovaries with central echogenic stroma"

Impression : polycystic ovaries

What does this report means?

I have no menstrual issue other than period being light, my cycle is on time.

Does it mean I could have pcod?
