Hi From The Past One Month I Am Experiencing Hardening

Hi

From the past one month i am experiencing hardening of my skin on my feet and palm . It has started becoming rough and now red spots are there . I experience itichiness in this . I consulted a dermatologist and he told its palmoplanter keratoderma . I am not getting any relied and its also growing . Can you please suggest what should i do. I am 28 years old and i never had such problem earlier . No one in my family had such a thing ever
