Hi God Afternoon' I Just Want To Ask My X-ray

Hi God afternoon' I just want to ask my x-ray report say`s that there is a suspicious density in the left apex.the diaphragm is sharp and distinct the heart is normal in size, shape and position .the trachea is at the midline. The osseousthoracic cage shows no significant bony abnormalities.., what does it mean?I'm sick?
