Is It Normal To Experience Heavier Bleeding After Taking Dicynone For Spotting Caused By Missing Pills While On Minigynon?

Hi Good day I am on the minigynon pill but i missed 2 out of the pack which resulted in spotting i went to my family doctor and he gave me norcolut however i missed 2 pills out the pack he gave me another, i finished it but spotting came back. I went to obgyn and he gave me dicynone. This is the 3rd day and i m having heavier bleeding.
