Hi. Had Steroid Injection Just Over A Week Ago. I

Hi. Had steroid injection just over a week ago. I have FMS and some other medical conditions but have had cramp in my legs for the past few days /nights. Is this because of the injections in my shoulder or the fibro? Is there anything I can do to stop it from happening? (Also on warfarin and gabapentin). Thank you.
