Hi. Have Been Experiencing Some Random Joint Pian Over Last

Hi. Have been experiencing some random joint pian over last few months that comes and goes. My hand and wrist will be sore then go away the next day. Then a week later my hip. Then my right shoulder. Now left wrist and hand swollen and sore for last 24 hours and includes just below shoulder now too. Hard to lift arm or grasp things. Ouch!! Inflammation? Hormone changes?
