Hi! Have Hashimotos, Fibro, And I Get Migraines And Cluster

Hi! Have hashimotos, fibro, and I get migraines and cluster headaches. Recently my Synthroid was increased from .75 to .88 and a low dose of cytomel was added. My energy levels are up. Headaches are gone. Anxiety is gone (it happens when my thyroid levels are off)...but I feel bloated and have gained weight. About 12lbs, which is mostly healthy. I'm 5'7" and 133ish lbs. I don't check my weight unless at the doctor. My main issue is feeling extremely bloated. Ideas?
