Hi. Hopefully You Can. My Partner Is A 26 Year

Hi. Hopefully you can. My partner is a 26 year old builder. For the past 9 months he has been constantly unwell with cold & flu like symptoms. He has had 6 repeats of antibiotics & to be honest isn't improving. Last week he went to emergency after coughing up blood. He has had chest X-Rays & blood work done. Pneumonia was diagnosed but at the tail end. Different antibiotics were prescribed but he still isnt improving ( in fact I think he's getting worse) so again visited emergency last night. He was told it would take longer for an improvement. We wondered of the possibility of CFS? He seems to have all the related symptoms? What do you think?
