Hi, I Accidentally Bumped A Q Tip Quite Hard Into

Hi, I accidentally bumped a q tip quite hard into my ear, it really hurt and now my hearing is muffled and it feels warm and swollen...
The pain is not bad now but it feels like I have water in my ear and feels very weird with small amount of pain...
Do you think I have pushed my ear wax too far in and if so, can I try to use an ear wax removal syringe?
