Hi, I Accidently Took 2 Pills From My Week 3

Hi, I accidently took 2 pills from my week 3 thinking I was still on week 2 of my birth control I had what felt like bad period cramps but it doesn't hurt now it is just a little pain every once in a whIle in a few places. The birth control is tri-sprintec. Is there anything I should do or just let it take its course?
