Hi ! I Actually Got My Last Periods On 22nd

Hi ! I actually got my last periods on 22nd of February 16 and after that I got a brown discharge on 24th March. But when I consulted my doctor she made a scan, in that it showed some fluid outside the uterus and urine pregnancy test was taken, but it was negative before 15 days. She then advised me to take Meprate for 5 days. Today is my 10th day I stopped taking it. But still I din get my periods. Having low BP and symptoms of fainting. Am I pregnant? Is it possible while I taken Meprate tablet?

Am confused. Kindly help me.
