Hi .. I Already Had 2 Mc, One In March

Hi .. I already had 2 mc, one in march at 6 weeks and took tablet at that time. Another one where we found heart beat at 7 weeks and later miscarried at 3months, did D & C. And heard that no gap between last mc may be the reason . Had hyperthyroid at tat time and taking tablets for that. My periods was regular even after D&C, but this month it is delayed by 20days and got got negative HPT when we checked 3 times. Yesterday got periods. Want to know whether i should take any tablet to try conceiving?
