Hi, I Always Had A Small Little "bump" I Guess

Hi, I always had a small little "bump" I guess under my skin between my left leg and crease on the side of my lady part, it recently got bigger and is a little red and kind of hurting. I have not cut there or anything but I'm thinking it may be a abscess or something, do you think fucidin cream would help it go down?
