Hi I Always Have High Readings Of Crp And Esr

Hi
I always have high readings of crp and esr
And I am on cortizone ( Lodotra 5mg taken at 10 pm)...
I am having these readings now for 3 years ...
I have been treated by my doctor and nearly lots of all the test are done ....
All the results are great and clear from any harmful desieses...
I had high thyroid desiese and I did an iodine therapy...
Now I am taking Lthyroxine 125 as a replacement for my thyroid....

My question...
What is the cause of my high blood readings?? and what treatment can I have to be more safe from any complaints and complications...in the future...
