Hi, I Always Seem To Wake Up With Blood In

Hi, I always seem to wake up with blood in my mouth. Mostly it seems to be along my tongue. I do have gum bleed when brushing so I have tried not brushing to see if thats the problem but it's still there in the morning. I am on ameprosel tablets and have had a gastro inspection down my throat which gave me the all clear.
