Hi, I Always Use Condom During Sex, Nd If I

Hi, I always use condom during sex, nd if I dnt use I take morning after drugs, but I missed my period last month, I have done more than ten pregnancy test, all shows negative, so I decided to do an infection test, the result showed moderate growth of Staph, could it be the reason for my missed period?
Am on treatment now for staph but I always feel like vomiting and I end up vomiting while brushing in the morning , could I be pregnant? Or is the treatment am on?
