Hi, I Am 11 Weeks Now, 4 Days Before I

Hi, I am 11 weeks now, 4 days before I saw some drops of blood during my bowel movement.I don't have constipation and pain or cramping in lower abdomen.I was taking duphaston two tab a day.And I consult my gyno day before yesterday and she took pelvic exam and said that have mild bleeding but baby's heart beat is normal.Took Pivolut Depot injection.I have no pain or cramping and spotting after that.But I feel dizziness sometimes and back pain and leg pain starts after injection.And today I saw a little a very little trace of blood with discharge when I wipe after urination.Does it means any problem??
