I am 13 weeks pregnant and have moderate "morning sickness" I threw up yesterday around 12am, and woke up throughout the night feeling like I had a lump in my throat. It lessened as the day went on but was still present-I feel it moving when I swallow. I threw up again this afternoon and it's back full force. Is there anything I can do to calm it down? The feeling is making it hard to swallow, and also making me even more sick to my stomach.
