Hi. I am 15 weeks pregnant and have chlamydia. Was prescribed azithromycin 2 tablets of 500mg to take at once, also prescribed pills for UTI to take every 12 hours. I took the 2 pills and the uti pill as well as my prenatal vitamin. About an hour later I had a small panic attack and shortly after I threw up. After throwing up, my nose started bleeding (never had a nose bleed in life) and severe diarrhea.
1. Will I need to get another prescription? I did research and saw that my body was able to absorb the medication in the time of taking it and throwing up.
2. Will this harm my baby?
3. Should I seek medical attention?
