Hi. I Am 16 Years Old And I Noticed Recently

Hi. I am 16 years old and I noticed recently that there was a small swollen numb right at the base of my clitoris. I've never had sex, so I don't believe that it could be an STD but I am unsure. It does not cause actual discomfort, but it is just worrying me. If you could help me I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks
