Hi, I Am 19 Years Old And Am Starting To

Hi, I am 19 years old and am starting to get worried about a vein that is on the left side of my forehead going across my temple and then up my forehead. It's been noticeable off and on the past 3 days and I have never noticed it before. I can also feel my pulse quite easily and am worried if it's a blood clot or something more serious. Should I be concerned?
