Hi, I am 19 years old and when I ejaculate there is tension in the muscle between my testicles and anus
It swells for a little before returning to normal.
It doesn't hurt, I am thinking it may be a seminal blockage or the muscle is strained (From over masterbation and sex)
I ran some tests and they told me there was no sign of infection or STI.
