Hi, I am 19 years old, healthy, circumcised, and have been experiencing swelling of the dorsal vein on my penis. It appeared the morning after prolonged sexual activity, and has remained the same level of engorgment for the past 5 weeks. The vein feels somewhat hard if I push on it, and it presents a minor pain centralized just above the penis in the pubic region, sometimes even down my right leg. Is there a possibility it is clogged, or that I had damaged it? I am quite nervous about it.
