Hi! I Am 2 Weeks Postpartum. I Had My Daughter

Hi! I am 2 weeks postpartum. I had my daughter 9 weeks early via emergency csection. I am now having SEVERE back pain around where I had my epidural and severe migraines. I keep seeing floating black dots and getting so nauseous I vomit. The pain makes it hurt to breathe, walk or sit upright. I have tried a heating pad alternated with ice, ibuprofen - 800 mg every 8 hours, and rest. What else can I do?
