Hi, I Am 20 Years Old And Have Been Experiencing

Hi, I am 20 years old and have been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my pelvic region especially on the right side. It comes and goes and consists of pressure and gas and bloating and sharp cramping pains, sudden urges to urinate, and pain when i have sex. Ive had ultrasounds done on the outside and inside and there is no cyst or anything unusual that the doctors have been able to see. I dont know what to do or what else it could be
