Hi I Am 20 Years Old And Have Had Kidney

Hi I am 20 years old and have had kidney stones recently, now I ham having pain around the same area along with other symptoms, can you tell me if these other symptoms are a part of an additional kidney problem. headache at the base of skull, fever, heart irregularity, seems to beat really hard a couple times and then goes back to normal for a period of time and reoccurs.
