Hi, I Am 21 Years Old And When I Stand

Hi, I am 21 years old and when I stand up or even just standing or sitting, I get a pain in my neck/ back of head when my heart beats but not chest pain, its dull and last only a beat or two. Its only been going on for two days. I also get sweaty palms when it happens. I also suffer from OCD and Anxiety and I've been stressed for a couple of days. Worried it could be my blood pressure but I am not diagnosed with High blood pressure. Also to add I had a slight headache for 2 days probably due to lack of sleep. Is this something of concern?
