Hi! I am 21 years old, average fitness. I woke up this morning feeling sick in my stomach, couldn't lay on my side it made it feel worse. The second I stand up I can't see, everything goes blury and I'm constantly dizzy and my hand eye coordination has been so off this morning, and my head feels so heavy on my head. My stomach is so extremely bloated.
