Hi. I Am 21,male. I Am Suffering From Illness Anxiety

Hi.
I am 21,male.
I am suffering from Illness Anxiety Disorder.
Recently I have been getting jerks sometimes when falling asleep
Before jerks,I can feel my muscle twitching many times.
I had a CT Scan with contrast done last May and the results came back normal.
My neurologist and psychiatrist said these jerks were normal.
But if they are,why doesn't anyone else have them?
I even did an EEG the results of which came back normal.


I am currently under Shine 25 and Betacap TR 60.

Please help.
