Hi I Am 22 Weeks Pregnant And For The Past

Hi I am 22 weeks pregnant and for the past two days have had a persistent twitching under my right breast in the sternum area - figure it is way too high to be baby kicking (and I can still feel her kicking away around near my belly button). What could this be and should I be concerned - my next OB appointment isn't until next week...?
