Hi I Am 22 Years Old Currently In My Final

Hi I am 22 years old currently in my final year and I am unable to get back to the brilliance I had in studies. I used to be a hard worker but since past two years I can't seem to study that efficiently for some reason. I just don't want to study and want to just lie down n relax. I am too confused. I have tried to get better myself but after a day or two I get back to the same thing.
