Hi I am 22 years old i have had a heart rate of 140bpm when resting which has lasted for 2 day and severe pain as in like my heart is squeeze and also sharp pain I when I the doctor yesterday who sent me to hospital but they done bloods and chest xray but found nothing and then told me it pleurisy but I not sure it this diagnose is right
