Hi I am 23 years old and trying to get pregnant with my partner. Ive had a couple of times where ive had a fake pregnancy where I was feeling naucious and my body was changing but indeed wasn't pregnant. I had a pelvic ultrasound because I have cysts on my ovaries but doc said nothing to worry about. He also counted 18 eggs and said it looks like I'm ovulating I checked and I'm at high fertility but I am four days overdue for my period can I be pregnant. I dnt feel sick but my breasts are softer and bigger
