Hi, I Am 23 Years Old And Within The Past

Hi, I am 23 years old and within the past week I have started having these bumps on my penile area, mostly the head and shaft, but they turn into sores and make it very uncomfortable to walk. I have what seems like small flea bites on other parts of my body, but it's starting to scare me how my genitals look. I'm hoping it's just flea bites but as anyone would be, I'm starting to get concerned
