I am 24 and i have irregular periods.. Its been three months since I got married.. I was expecting my baby. I did a urine test and got postive results.. Doctor gave me follic acid tablets and asked to come after 10days for scan.. On the day i went to take scan i started bleeding. After scan doctor said improper growth and it went off.. I got some 4 to 5 cm blood cloth kind of things in the periods. After the period was over I went to other gynaecologist to check what is the reason for not getting pregnant. She took scan and told me that I have cyst in my uterus.. Oneside of the uterus is full blocked by cyst and other side has few cyst balls.. She advised me hypnoidd, krimson 35 and follic acid tablets for a month in order to regularize my periods.after which she has given merosta, coedhea plus and follic acid tablets to be taken after 5th day of my periods in order for me to get conceived.. But yesterday its was my 13 th day (ovulation) and I have been facing heavy pain in the lower abdomen to vagina.
Also, today I feel discomfort like hip pain and burning sensation in the vagina.
Please advise whether this is a serious issue.
