Hi, I Am 24 Ear Old Male, I Have Been

Hi, I am 24 ear old male, I have been experiencing inner heating sensation since more then an week now. When I check my body temperature it reads 98 or 97 not more then that. I consulted my family doctor and was told to get a blood test, everything turned out to be normal expect for the urine test. It showed presence of Pus cells 6-8hpf. I was advised to increase the intake of water and I dos exactly what I was told I have been taking the medicines given to me by my doctor regularly since. But the heating sensation is just not going. I feel hot from inside and the temperature outside seems pretty my normal.please suggest If any one could be of any help!
