Hi I Am 24 Weeks + 6 Pregnant And Have

Hi I am 24 weeks + 6 pregnant and have had back ache and a pressure feeling in my belly since Thursday. I put it down to over doing it but then on Friday I couldn't walk very far or fast. It hurts to turn in bed or lift legs. Last night I started getting shooting pains in my right hand side of tummy and it's now tender to touch and have had a nosebleed and feel dizzy. Is this all normal or should I go to the hospital?
