Hi, I Am 24 Years Old And My Dads Family

Hi, I am 24 years old and my dads family has a very long history of chrons, Ibs, stomach pain and irregularity and intolerances. I have dealt with the pain, anxiety and randomness of always battling stomach issues and badly want to try a cleanse but don't know which one is the safest for somebody like me. I know ppl with Chrons need to stay away from colon cleanses with casada sagrada in them. Really hoping you can help.
