Hi I Am 25 Year Old Female With A History

Hi I am 25 year old female with a history of two syndromic babies who were both suspec ted to have pieere robin syndrome accompanied by hole in heart and renal problems. First baby girl died at 72 days age and the other girl died at 38 day of age. it is pertinent to mention that both of us husband wife are not cousins. Our both children had posterier cleft palate ,heart issue and renal problem. can we have normal babies and both were born after operation
