Hi, I Am 25 Years Old Have Been Suffering From

Hi, I am 25 years old have been suffering from widespread muscle fasiculations for 7 months. Had an emg done on both legs and low back which came back normal. Over the last 2 months, I have noticed a large dent form in my thenar muscle in the big fleshy part on the palm under the thumb. I do not have any weakness that I can tell but I also do not have any pain or sensory symptoms in the affected area (e.g no pins and needles burning etc...). From time to time I get an electric shock like pain in the opposite hand (the hand without atrophy) Curious what this could be, my obvious worry is motor neuron disease.
