Hi, I Am 25 Years Young. I Do Not Use

Hi, I am 25 years young. I do not use birth control and I am sexually active without using protection (pullout method) with my partner of 6 years. I have had irregular periods since I started to have one. I was diagnosed with HPV, but do not know the strain. Just about a year ago I went 3 months without having a period. I went to the doctor and was given a prescription to start it, which it did and then a couple months later I was given another prescription because I had a slight infection that I didn't even know I had. Since then my period has been only 3 days. At the end of the month I was suppose to start my period but instead I have been spotting a dark black/brow for almost 2 weeks. It's a light brown when I wipe but I also have dark clumps, similar to when shedding your lining when you have a normal period but not as thick. I haven't really had the best experiences with doctors and haven't really been helped to the extent I feel I need. Please help, what should I do?
