Hi, I Am 26 Years Old And Suffering From Severe

Hi, I am 26 years old and suffering from severe hormone driven acne. I am taking Tab Azifast 500mg, Cap ACUTRET and fashing off my face with Sebamed foaming face wash. Using Deriva CMS for a few hours, following it up with clear gel and sofradex cream.
I am a little concerned about the long term side effects these medications could pose to my girly system. Please enlighten me on how to minimise the side effects and the worst case scenario of taking these medications.
