Hi, I am 26yrs female. Recently I have used Vitamin E for five days(400mg each pill). After four days I observed allergy/irritation on my hand and slowly it increased. now my hands , legs, neck , ear is itchy and has small small rashes(red spots like). this was the first time I took the Vit E pills and first time this kind of reaction occurred.
to stop it, I used Allegra(120mg for five days. but no improvement. the condition is still the same.
So I am not sure what caused the irritation. I felt it could be because of Vit E but then using Allegra dint help me.
Can you suggest me something which can help to solve the problem. it is really itchy sometimes during the day/night and very uncomfortable. this is going on from two weeks
