Hi, I Am 27 Years Old And Have Been On

Hi,

I am 27 years old and have been on omperozole for 2 years. In january 2014 my symptoms worsened - i was being sick after means, getting a lot of stomach pain. I was then put on Lanzaperole but that didnt help. In september 2014 they finally agreed to do an endoscopy, and they found several small stomach and duodenum ulcers. A biopsy also showed 'occasionall helibacter pylori organisms'. I was put on the tripple therapy to eradicate the pylori (pantaperozole, and 2 antibiotics). Symptoms werent 100% relieved so they put me on Oesomeperzole. 6 weeks later i had another endoscopy that showed the ulcers had healed, and a stool test showed the pylori had gone. My symptoms were still present tho. My feet started to swell so they took me off osemeperozole and now i take pantaprezole and ranititdine. I also take mebeverive & fibogel or my bowel and anti sickness tablets.

Even with all that medication i still get pain, usually worse after eating. I still feel nauseas about 65% of the day, food does still climb back up the food pipe occassionally and i get stomach pain on and off but its quite bad. And 1-2 times a week i have diarrhea. I do have IBS tho.

Dr's have said its my heavy weight and i agree it probably contributes, but something ist right. It isnt gall stones and i had a scan a few months ago.

What could it be?
