Hi ,I Am 27 Yrs Old..from Past 7-8 Days I

Hi ,I am 27 yrs old..from past 7-8 days I am kind of having a dull headache. It is not going away but I think it's worsening..sometimes there is a tinge feeling towards upper right head and sometimes it aches near the temples..it feels little heavy also now..there r no other symptoms till now..I am very much worried about brain tumor..pls help
